  I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE STAFF, IN PARTICULAR A INSTALLER NAMED GARY ?.. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS REQUIRED, SEEING THAT I WAS A 70 SOMETHING FEMALE, WITHOUT MUCH KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT COULD BE DONE WITH THE SPACE WHERE THE FURNACE WAS. HE BLOCKED THE AIR FROM COMING IN, AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS NOW!!

  Great people and quality products. West Bay supplied and installed all of our plumbing and fixtures, heat pump, gas water heater and gas fireplace to our new home last year. There has been zero issues and they have always been available to answer questions that have come up. I would recommend West Bay to anyone!

  West Bay replaced our our oil furnace with a gas unit and we are very happy with our new gas furnace. We were very impressed with the crew that did the install and do not hesitate to recommend this company. In fact, I have already recommended them to a friend who is planning to do a similar oil to gas conversion and have asked West Bay to provide a quote for upgrading of the heating system in my rental property.

  We have had excellent service from West Bay Mechanical, from the personalized assistance with selecting products, to site visits and installation. It was a complicated job and the project managers and installations specialists have been prompt, professional, and very good at their specific roles. We have now had a new gas furnace and heat pump installed, and based on our great experience, we will be enlisting their services to install a heating device in our basement suite, a gas range in our kitchen and two new gas fireplaces in our renovated living room and family room. We'd highly recommend this company!
